Refund policy

You've got enough to worry about right now...We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. For any US customers, if you change your mind for any reason, you can simply return your item(s) for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of your order being shipped. 
We currently do not offer returns for refunds.
All sale items are final and we do not offer exchanges or returns for refund.
If an item(s) is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email our customer relations team at info@plushboutiqueny.com for further options.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Items considered final sale will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit. All sale items and accessories are final sale.
  • Gift Cards may not be returned.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable; however, a prepaid return label will be provided to the email we have on file to return your Plush goods.
